Our Leadership Team

Adam Fox, Vice President of Operations for Specialized Residential Services (SRS)

Adam has worked in adult foster care and disability services for over 12 years, with roots that go back to high school—sparked by his mother’s work in special education. After earning a psychology degree from Minnesota State University Mankato in 2010, he returned to the Twin Cities and advanced through several leadership roles. His passion is building specialized homes for people with significant behavioral health needs—serving those often overlooked, and doing it well.

Mark Winters, Vice President of Excellence

As Chief Operating Officer at Enriched Living, Mark leads with a deep commitment to Person-Centered philosophy—embedding it into every aspect of our business practices and the lives of those we support. With a wealth of experience, he champions the pursuit of dreams, transforming possibilities into realities, and identifying meaningful milestones that encourage full, vibrant lives.

Mark's passion for his work is matched only by his love for family—especially his grandchildren. When he's not with them, you'll likely find him cheering from the sidelines at the hockey rink.

Max Wiessner, Director of Operations.

Max oversees our Specialized Residential Services Operations and brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience in health and human services.  Max has worked direct care, been a Designated Coordinator, a Behavior Analyst and a Director.  Max is passionate about helping his team to identify behavior patterns and to understand the why behind those patterns so that we can help the people we serve to find real solutions and accomplish their goals. 

Ric Nelson, President & Chief Executive Officer

Ric brings more than 30 years of experience in Health and Human Services, beginning his career as a direct care professional across a range of service models. Over the years, he has held executive leadership roles in organizations of all sizes—from small providers to large enterprise-level systems.

A proven innovator and strategic leader, Ric is dedicated to delivering high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of individuals, families, and community partners. His work focuses on solving complex challenges through collaboration, creativity, and a deep commitment to person-centered support.

Ron Alger, Vice President of Operations for Community Based Services (CBS)

Ron oversees our Community/Unit Based Services Operations, bringing over 12 years of leadership experience across diverse home and community-based service models. He is deeply committed to enriching lives by helping individuals live as independently as possible—with the right support, at the right time.
